Si Konsehal Joel Garganera, deputy chief implementer sa Cebu City EOC, niingon nga nagkahiusa ang mga opisyal sa buhatan sa pagduso ngadto sa buhatan sa mayor nga di na ipaubos sa swab o RT-PCR test ang mga pasahero.
“As an incentive to fully inoculated passengers, EOC will be endorsing to the Mayor re: Cebu City inbound passengers to be exempted from PCR test and other medical requirements if the said passengers are fully inoculated," padayag ni Garganera.
