IT’S June, but it's not too late to avail ourselves of Plenary Indulgence anytime up to yearend. That's in connection with Pope Francis declaring 2021 as the Year of St. Joseph.
Plenary Indulgence what?
Allow me to quote catholicphilly.com's description of indulgence (plenary or partial): "It frees a person from the punishment their sinfulness warrants as it is a remission of the temporal punishment a person is due for sins that have been forgiven."
In other words, it takes away the karma for sins committed despite having been forgiven.
So the Pope has granted not just partial but Plenary Indulgence (call it full scrapping of karma) as we mark the Year of St. Joseph. This, amid awful prophecies being conveyed by believable Catholic mystics, as if to tell us that now is the time to reconcile fully and truly with God.
By the way, this year marks the 150th anniversary of the Decree Quemadmodum Deus, with which Blessed Pius IX declared Saint Joseph the Patron of the Catholic Church.
It was in commemoration of this that Pope Francis dedicated 2021 to St. Joseph with Plenary Indulgence attachment.
How to gain Plenary Indulgence in the Year of St. Joseph? Here's what the See of the Apostolic Penitentiary said in its declaration dated December 8, 2020:
"The Plenary Indulgence is granted under the customary conditions (sacramental confession, Eucharistic communion and prayers according to the Holy Father’s intentions) to the faithful who, with a soul detached from any sin, shall participate in the Year of Saint Joseph, in the occasions and with the modalities indicated by this Apostolic Penitentiary....
"To reaffirm the universality of Saint Joseph’s patronage over the Church, in addition to the aforementioned occasions the Apostolic Penitentiary grants the Plenary Indulgence to the faithful who shall recite any prayer legitimately approved or act of piety in honour of Saint Joseph, for example, ‘To you, O Blessed Joseph,’ especially on the occasions of 19 March and 1 May, on the Feast of the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, on the Sunday of Saint Joseph (according to the Byzantine tradition), on the 19th of every month and every Wednesday, the day dedicated to the Saint’s memory, according to the Latin tradition.
"In the current context of the health emergency, the gift of the Plenary Indulgence extends particularly to the elderly, the sick, the suffering and all those who for legitimate reasons are unable to leave the house, and who with a soul detached from any sin and with the intention to fulfill, as soon as possible, the three customary conditions in their own home or wherever the impediment detains them, shall recite an act of piety in honor of Saint Joseph, Comfort of the Sick and Patron of a Happy Death, faithfully offering to God their suffering and the hardships of their life.
"In order to pastorally facilitate the attainment of divine grace through the power of the Keys, this Penitentiary prays earnestly that all priests endowed with the appropriate faculties may offer themselves with a willing and generous soul to the celebration of the Sacrament of Penance and often administer Holy Communion to the infirm." (End of quote.)
Meanwhile, I ask for prayers for people being coerced for refusing to be vaccinated against the coronavirus. Their rights should be respected, considering that all the vaccines available were allowed only as "emergency" measure by the World Health Organization itself and even, locally, by the Food and Drugs Administration. This is an affirmation of the fact that the vaccines are still in the trial stage and will remain under observation for years under the usual decade-long standard of the pharmaceutical industry.
This is not to dispute the danger of Covid 19, but to buttress the positions of a growing number of brave experts asserting themselves against Big Pharma and the One World Government people and pushing for other options, such as building better immunity through Vitamin D and C, as well as taking Ivermectin as either prophylaxis (preventive) or treatment. In regard to the vaccines, let me share a message from Angeli Valenciano, wife of the famous singer Gary V. The Valenciano couple is noted for being God-fearing. She wrote:
