A NEW pizza craze is now here, as Laz Locale opened its doors for a totally different experience like no other.
Jon Lazatin, owner of the local brand Laz Locale, said their pizza is a whole lot different from the usual pizza parlors in the city.
"For one, it differs from the New York style. The Neapolitan style is hand-tossed, hand-made, hand-crafted and the pizza oven reaches 500 degrees celsius where the pizza is cooked in at 60 seconds," he said.
“What makes it different from other pizza is, I believe, the flavor. The flavor that we’re trying to instill is not just in the taste but also in the sight and in the smell. So, we try to come up with a pizza that doesn’t only taste good but also aesthetically pleasing. It captures you with the smell in itself," Lazatin said.
“We have 13 variants at the moment. One of our best sellers is the Purple Truffle. It has capers, mushrooms, black truffle oil and purple cabbage. We try to make different pizzas, different in a sense that it catches your attention at a glance, at the first smell, first whiff –mapapansin na talaga,” he also said.
Just some of their elevated gourmet flavors and toppings that will surely tingle your taste buds like the Purple Truffle are Sacrebleu 6-Cheese, Jalapenyolo, Garlic Scampi, Kanihameha, Laz Supreme, Four-Cheese Pepperoni, Honey Blanca, Basil Bonanza, Snowy Hawaiian, Pepperoni and Cream, and Black Rose.
"Right now, we offer the introductory price of P690 for two 12-inch pizzas. That’s P690 for two boxes already that is good for around five to eight people. Good for groups," Lazatin added.
