Pampanga posts highest Covid-19 mortalities in Central Luzon

THE province of Pampanga registered the highest number of deaths caused by coronavirus disease (Covid-19).

Based on Thursday's (June 17, 2021) data from Department of Health (DOH)-Central Luzon, Pampanga, including Angeles City, posted 968 Covid-19 deaths.

This is equivalent to 32.45 percent of the total Covid-19 mortalities in the whole region, which is 2,983.

The province of Bulacan came second with 948 deaths, followed by Nueva Ecija with 367, Tarlac with 283, and Bataan with 213.

Zambales province, meanwhile, registered 169 mortalities and Aurora only had 83 deaths.
