A 24-YEAR-OLD man listed as one of the most wanted persons of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga was arrested recently by local authorities.
The suspect, identified as Jordan Ibañez, was allegedly responsible for carnapping incidents that transpired in the city.
He was arrested through a manhunt operation launched against him near his residence in Barangay Telebastagan here.
Ibañez was put into custody pending a court order as he faces charges filed against him.
