ANOTHER victim was shot and killed in Calbayog City a day after a 59-year-old city hall engineer was also killed by still unknown assailants.
Police identified the victim as Sam Castil, 22, who worked as an assistant truck driver.
He was shot around 2:10 p.m. Sunday while he was on the act of loading scrap materials to the truck in Barangay Bagacay, Calbayog.
The motor-riding suspect, armed with an undetermined caliber of short firearm, shot the victim several times.
The victim was hit on the different parts of his body that caused his instantaneous death.
Police are investigating the incident. (SunStar Philippines)
