BECAUSE of the overwhelming market demand, Cebu Home and Builders Centre (CHBC) has decided to extend its mid-year big sale until July 15, 2021, on all in-house tile and bath products.
Sheila Co, CHBC showroom manager, said clients were asking for an extension so they could buy and save big.
“The management of CHBC welcomes very much the idea to cater to this particular clamor of clients,” she said.
Co said they observed a boom in home renovation activities, pushing sales up and sustaining the jobs of many of their employees.
Home renovation activities surged since the Covid-19 pandemic began and lockdowns were imposed last year. People locked in their homes resorted to beautifying their houses to make them more comfortable for learning and working.
“They already got the finances and the time to do it. (Our clients) are the prime movers of our stores,” she said.
Co said customers who were not able to get what they need during the mid-year big sale, still have the chance to stock up on needed tile and bath products which are discounted up to 70 percent.
On sale items are displayed at The Pavilion sale area at the CHBC Banilad branch.
Michael Co, chief executive officer, said the mid-year big sale is intended to help generate more economic and construction activities for Cebu and counter the slowdown caused by the pandemic.
