Negosyo Center opens in Sta. Ana town

THE Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Pampanga, in partnership with the local government of Sta. Ana and the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Council (MSMEDC), recently launched the newest Negosyo Center in the province.

Mayor Norberto Gamboa, who spearheaded the opening ceremony, welcomed the establishment of the center in his locality and assured the DTI of the full support of the local government.

He said the Negosyo Center will certainly help improve business in Sta. Ana as the services of the DTI will now be more accessible.

DTI-Central Luzon Director Leonila Baluyut, meanwhile, congratulated the local government for having its own Negosyo Center located in the One-Stop Shop for Business Registration building of the municipal hall area.

"Through the good internet connectivity provided bt the local government, the Negosyo Center can surely provide full services to its clients," she said.

DTI-Pampanga Director Elenita Ordonio, for her part, said the Negosyo Center will serve as one-stop shop for services that cater to entrepreneurs’ need in processing requirements to establish a business and in accessing information for their growth.

Other services offered are business registration assistance, business advisory services that include product development, trade promotion, financing facilitation, investment matching, MSME counseling, business information and advocacy and conduct of information campaigns through training, seminars, dialogues, and monitoring and evaluation.

The DTI and local government officials also presented the signed memorandum of agreement for the operation of the Negosyo Center. They also signed the Pledge of Commitment wall to support the center and the MSMEs in the locality.
