Hence, homegrown skin and slimming center Skin911 heeds the call of Cebuanos and their skin woes.
Founded in 2006 by Eleanor Velasco, Skin911’s main goal has always been to make skincare and beauty accessible for everyone. Through the years, the company has become known for its affordable range of services, from skin treatments to slimming services. Ultimately, Skin911 believes that a trip to the skin clinic doesn’t have to be a luxury.
On June 28, Skin911 opened its newest branch in the city of Danao, north of Cebu. Being under quarantine for over a year now, the opening of this outlet is a big milestone for the company. Skin911 Danao is under the franchise of Loida Edianel, a former overseas Filipino worker in Dubai. This is the company’s second branch in northern Cebu and its 28th nationwide.
“We have encountered challenges and uncertainty because of the pandemic, but this motivated us to work even harder,” said Velasco, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Skin911.
Skin911 Danao’s interiors are a pastel pink confection, decked out in chic accents and posh furniture. There are several treatment rooms, including a separate dripping room, to accommodate guests. Skin911’s most popular services include the signature facial with diamond peel, as well as its wide array of laser treatments and slimming procedures.
Fifteen years in the business, with almost 30 branches across the country, Skin911 has garnered several awards. Just recently, the company and its CEO were among the recipients of the Best Choice Awards 2020 – 2021 for the Hall of Fame Awards for Leading Facial and Slimming Centre (National Category) and Beauty and Wellness Industry, respectively.
Even with the pandemic still ongoing, the company is not stopping with one branch opening. Within the coming weeks, Skin911 is set to open in Carcar City down south. Skin911 Medical, the group’s latest product and a game-changing move for the company and the local beauty industry as a whole, is also slated to open in the last quarter of 2021.
