JOINT police operatives arrested the number 2 most wanted person in Eastern Visayas on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
Erwin Cataga, 42, a resident of Leyte, Leyte, was arrested in Barangay Valencia, Ormoc City by virtue of a warrant dated October 3, 2017 for two counts of murder.
Judge Emelinda Maquilan of Regional Trial Court-Branch 13 in Carigara, Leyte did not recommend a bail to the accused.
Cataga was brought to Leyte Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to turn over to the court of origin. (SunStar Philippines)
