THE most wanted personality of Lucena City was arrested in Lubao town, Pampanga recently.
In his report to Police Regional Office-Central Luzon Director Brigadier General Valeriano De Leon, Lubao Chief of Police Lieutenant Colonel Julius Javier said the suspect identified as John Kenneth Endiafe, 21, was responsible for a rape incident he committed in Lucena City.
Javier further reported that Endiafe was tracked down along Barangay San Roque Dau 1st in the said municipality during the manhunt operation launched by Lubao and Lucena police forces.
"The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of rape with no recommended bail," he said.
Endiafe has been placed under the custody of Lubao MPS pending his presentation to proper court in Lucena City, Javier said.
