THE Cebu City Council is set to deliberate the proposed first supplemental budget amounting to P4.4 billion this afternoon, July 28, 2021, during its regular session.
Included in the proposed SB 1 is the budget for the salaries of the unpaid nurses of Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC).
