“Well the doctors say ganina there is other way to manage ang covid with the use of the hi-flow than the venilators. Kaning hi-flow is a more efficient way to fight Covid...” matod ni Garcia.
Target sa Kapitolyo nga mapalit ang maong ekipo sunod semana aron mabutang na sa mga provincial hospital aron adunay kapasidad nga makadawat og severe Covid patients ug dili na kinahanglan pa ipadala ngadto sa private hospitals sa siyudad.
