MORE than the game of basketball, Deib (Donny Pangilinan) and RJ (Jeremiah Lisbo) also battle for the affection of one woman, Max (Belle Mariano) in the finale of the top trending series “He’s Into Her.”
The finale streamed on iWantTFC on July 29.
Both Deib and RJ lead their respective schools’ basketball teams fighting for the championship.
Outside school matters, RJ met Max and told her that he would never leave her again.
However, the level of rivalry between the guys soared higher as Deib, who was assured of having a special place in the heart of Max, spotted the two together. The scene made Deib even more determined to take the championship from RJ’s team. But will he succeed in winning Max’s affection too?
In the virtual media conference dubbed #HIHFinaleBlogcon, the young cast expressed their delight at being part of the project, adding that they became closer while taping the series in a lock-in arrangement.
The cast chorused that the 10th episode has the “magpapakilig” ingredient in it.
During breakfast and the scenes where the young cast are present are usually the moments when they bond even closer. In their free time, they play games and make use of the time for chatting with each other, reaching until the wee hours of the morning.
When teased that the chikahan was the reason for reporting late for work, young actress Kaori Oinuma snapped that she was never late in the tapings, unlike actor Gello Marquez who once came late and became the subject of a prank where the rest made him believe that the shoot was over when he arrived.
Being dubbed the “next big love team” made Donny and Belle more focused, supporting each other even more.
Director Chad Vidanes admitted having a hard time directing the cast in the finale episode through Zoom because of health protocols. The cast, however, assured the director that the lock-in atmosphere made them always ready for take every time while hoping for a second book to materialize
