Bea Alonzo confirms her relationship with Dominic Roque

BEA Alonzo finally speaks about her love story with boyfriend Dominic Roque, how they started as friends, his efforts to get to know her family, and what ultimately made her fall for him. It was no secret that Bea came from a failed romance in July 2019; hence, she was guarding her heart well. To show Bea his serious intent, Dominic went all the way to wooing her family, especially her mom Mary Anne Ranollo.

"Si Dom kasi niligawan din niya talaga si Mama. Never kasi nakialam si Mama sa love life ko. Siguro may tiwala siya sa akin I would always protect myself, love myself. But siyempre, given what happened in the past, mas naging protective sa akin buong pamilya ko. Kasi, siyempre, sila yung iniyakan ko, sila yung naging kanlungan ko."

Obviously, Dominic has succeeded in winning the heart of Bea's mom as well.

Bea related: "What I really appreciated about Dom, I know he really exerted an effort para magpakilala sa buong pamilya ko, especially sa nanay ko. Nakita naman ni Mama na maganda ang intensyon. Siyempre tinanggap talaga ni Mama. I'm happy naging ganito dynamics namin lahat. Kasi siyempre, pag okay sa pamilya mo, magaan lahat. Everything follows. Masarap sa pakiramdam."

TV host/actress Bettina Carlos and husband Mikki Eduardo are in the process of building their dream home in La Union, his gift to her. On Monday, August 23, 2021, Bettina remembered the first time she visited the property with Mikki sometime in August 2020.

The couple then was yet to be engaged; however, Mikki already started the construction of their resort villa. Bettina had no idea that part of Mikki's plan was to build a home within the resort as he seemed to be wholly focused on the resort business.

She wrote addressing Mikki, "It's been a year since you brought me to this land (di pa nga tayo engaged) -- the first time we visited LU together you brought me here right away and told me that on this spot is where we will build our future. Villas lang non. (Business muna at parang sa kwarto lang tayo there somewhere. Wala nga kong narinig na bahay. [emoji] Kung saan mo kami ititira ni G. [emoji]) Because for you our comforts can wait. True."

The "G" in Bettina's post refers to Gummy, her nine-year-old daughter from a past relationship. She continued in her post giving praise and thanks to Mikki for surprising her with a dream home.

Bettina wrote, "You know I always admired your wisdom in money and being content sa payak na pamumuhay Love. [emoji] (Pero ngayon may drawing na at plano na ang bahay yiheee. Diba maghuhukay na, @migsbanal @bongdapogi? [emoji]) You kept saying OURS. Our land. Our villas. I couldn't believe I had a part in something I never worked for. Until we got married I would still pertain to it as yours or your family's villas. I guess surprise blessings like this take time to sink in ano. I never thought I'd ever live in a house - a (near the) beach house even or move out of our condo ever. Hello I didnt even think I'd marry! [emoji] But today this is already what's being built on that once empty lot. [emoji] Thanks for sending the latest photos Architectractor(a) Marlon! [emoji]"

Bettina and Mikki got married on December 2, 2021, in an intimate Christian wedding ceremony in Tagaytay Highlands. After they got married, Bettina and Mikki decided to relocate to La Union, near the resort villa they are building.
