THE most wanted person of this municipality of Santo Tomas, Pampanga has been arrested during a manhunt operation launched by cops recently.
Pampanga Police Provincial Office Director Colonel Arnold Ibay identified the suspect as Joemari Nucum, 27, resident of Barangay Poblacion here.
Nucum is facing charges for violation of Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines or Rape and Republic Act 7610, as reflected in the Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Robert Alexander Malig, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 45, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The arrested suspect has been placed under the custody of Sto. Tomas police while pertinent documents are being prepared pending his presentation in court.
