25% of San Fernando's eligible population fully vaccinated

A QUARTER of the City of San Fernando's eligible population have already received complete immunization against coronavirus disease (Covid-19).

Based on the September 2 data released by the City Information Office (CIO), some 60,773 individuals from the city were already fully vaccinated.

This is equivalent to 25.1 percent of the city's eligible population of 242,102, the CIO reported.

Meanwhile, CIO also reported that nearly half of the eligible population, or about 117,998 individuals, have also received their first dose of vaccine.

Vaccinated individuals were among the A1 to A5 priority groups, or the health workers, senior citizens, persons with comorbidities, frontline essential workers, and from indigent sector.
