Lakeshore celebrates 21st anniversary

LAKESHORE Philippines kicked off its 21st anniversary celebration with various activities, including the inoculation of its staff.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the celebration was limited to the staff of Lakeshore and Central Country Estate Inc., the parent company of Lakeshore.

The celebration on September 8 started with a mass at the St. John Paul II Chapel inside the Lakeshore.

Present during the celebration were CCEI Executive Vice President Architect Brian Mangio and his father, CCEI Chairman and President Architect Nestor Mangio.

According to Brian, at least 94 percent of their staff have received Covid-19 vaccines.

"The safety of our staff remains to be our topmost priority. With their vaccination, we can assure our guests' safety, as well," he said.

Brian, and his father, Nestor, led the releasing of 21,000 tilapia fingerlings into the lake, representing new growth and prosperity for another successful 21 years for the Lakeshore family.

Also part of Lakeshore's anniversary celebration is a P21,000 reservation fee for any house and lot, which will run from September to the end of October.

Lakeshore also welcomed its newest partnership with SquidPay, which allows users discounts for Lakeshore Amenities, international amortization, and payroll disbursement services.

Lakeshore executives led the ceremonial lighting of this year's Christmas decorations at The Lighthouse in preparation for the coming Yuletide season.
