ELEMENTS of the City of San Fernando Police arrested suspect Jericho Palacio, the alleged leader of the Sinio Criminal Gang, during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Juliana in the City of San Fernando.
Elements of the City of San Fernando Police Station Pampanga led by Police Captain Brilliant Manlutac, under the supervision of Police Lieutenant Colonel John L. Clark, conducted a buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of the suspect on September 18.
Confiscated from his possession and control were ten pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with approximately two grams and an estimated street value of P13,600. A caliber 9-millimeter without a serial number loaded with five pieces of live ammunition was also taken from the suspect.
The suspect is allegedly involved in a series of carnapping incidents within the province of Pampanga and has a previous drug-related case.
The suspect is now under the custody of the City of San Fernando Police Station while suspected illegal drugs will be brought to Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory for examination.
