Aeta families get Christmas packs from SM malls

AS PART of its "100 Days of Caring" campaign, at least 100 Aeta families have received early Christmas gifts from SM Supermalls.

Aeta families from Iram Resettlement Area in New Cabalan, Olongapo City, and local tour guide of Pinatubo in Juliana Capas, Tarlac were given Christmas packs by SM City Olongapo Downtown, SM City Olongapo Central and SM City Tarlac.

The gift-giving is part of SM Supermalls pledge to donate to over 10,000 beneficiaries, including communities in need, hardworking SM employees, medical frontliners and dedicated delivery partners during the launching of Supermalls "100 Days of Caring and Giving" countdown to Christmas virtual event on September 16.

SM’s “100 Days of Caring” campaign aims to give back to people who have been part of their meaningful existence. It features 100 days of spreading love, thoughtfulness, and care for one another and for the communities where SM has malls.

Aside from tangible gifts, SM also incorporated online talks on mental health to improve the perspective of their employees who may feel hopeless and lost during this time of crisis.
