VICE President Leni Robredo said there is a problem with the distribution of Covid-19 vaccines.

The vice president issued the statement during a roll-out of more than 2,000 vaccines in Magalang town, Pampanga on Saturday, September 25, 2021.

Robredo said many local government units (LGUs) are seeking the assistance of the Office of the Vice President to augment their respective inoculation initiatives.

The Covid-19 vaccine supply is very low, according to Robredo.

ang nababakunahan pa lang ay less than 10 percent," she said.

The number of Covid-19 cases in the country is increasing and the release of vaccines to LGUs should be prioritized, the Vice President said.

Several LGUs have echoed their sentiments regarding the slow pace release of vaccines allotted for them, she

added.
