THE Laus Group of Companies (LGC) based in the City of San Fernando is set to showcase through an exhibit the works of local artists from Central Luzon.
Dubbed as "The Heart of Central Luzon: Art Exhibit," the event will feature eight local artists namely Ramil Tumampos, Andy Bondoc, Eliseo Perreras, Jr., Jojoy Zabala, Marinel Timoteo Tungol, Edgar Nucum, Ramcos Catahan Nulud and Francis Eleazar Garzon.
Tumampos, an artist from Magalang town, expressed gratitude to LGC for providing a platform to local artists like them.
"It is a huge thing for us because exhibits don't only promote our art but also our talents that's why we are very much grateful to LausGroup for providing us this platform, and for choosing us to be a part of it," he said.
Tumampos added that five of his artworks namely "Mamang Bingwitero" Series 3 and 7, "RedHorse is Mine," "Kois" and "Tuna Lifter" will be showcased in the said exhibit.
The virtual launch for the "The Heart of Central Luzon: Art Exhibit" is set on October 4 and can be watched live via the official Facebook page of the LausGroup.
