LIKE father, like daughter when it comes to public service.

That's how Mabalacat City Councilor Krizzanel "Win-Win" Garbo, daughter of incumbent and re-electionist Mayor Crisostomo Garbo, viewed the situation, as she looked at a seat in the Provincial Board to represent the first district of Pampanga.

Win-Win, a three term councilor, filed her certificate of candidacy Tuesday, October 5, accompanied by the mayor.

She is the Mabalacat City Council's chairperson on tourism, culture, and arts.

She spearheaded a team from Mabalacat City College and Department of Education Mabalacat City Division in the cultural mapping of Mabalacat, as part of the nine pillars of governance of Mayor Garbo, which is expressed in “Culture and Heritage Awareness.”

Cultural mapping is a tool to identify the natural and cultural heritage resources of a specific locality for purposes of conservation and development.

Win-Win was elected 2019 vice president of the National Movement of Young Legislators-Pampanga and was business manager of the Pampanga Councilors' League. (JTD)
