FORMER Tourism Secretary Joseph "Ace" Durano and Vice Governor Hilario "Junjun" Davide III filed Thursday, October 7, 2021, their certificates of candidacy (COC) for the two top posts in the province.
Durano said what prompted him to run is the much-needed Covid-19 management in Cebu Province.
Before filing their COCs, the two candidates and their families attended a mass at Our Lady of Sacred Heart Parish Church.
Ramon "Red" Durano III also filed his certificate of candidacy for the 5th district of Cebu. He will be running against Governor Gwendolyn Garcia's son-in-law, Vincent Franco "Duke" Frasco. (JOB)
