THE Land Transportation Office (LTO)-Central Visayas will help motorcycle taxi drivers (habal-habal) drivers by addressing their issues on registration and licensing.
According to LTO-Central Visayas, this is to help the drivers integrate their services with the government-recognized ride-hailing and delivery platforms.
LTO-Central Visayas Director Victor Emmanuel Caindec had the chance to talk with the community leaders of the different habal-habal organizations in Cebu City.
Around 30 community leaders attended the meeting with Caindec, which was held at the LTO-Central Visayas Malasakit Service Center on N. Bacalso Avenue, Cebu City last Saturday, October 2, 2021.
