NASAKMIT sa mga kawani sa Bureau of Customs (BOC) Port of Cebu ang usa ka ginamit na nga printing machinery gikan sa Japan nga wala diay pre-shipment importation clearance gikan sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), niadtong Martes, Oktubre 5, 2021.
Sa usa ka post sa opisyal nga Facebook page niini niadtong Huwebes, Oktubre 7, ang BOC Port of Cebu nagkanayon nga wala marehistro ang importer sa maong printing machinery.
“After stringent profiling, the Environmental Protection and Compliance Division-Enforcement and Security Service requested the issuance of alert order after verification with DENR-Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) revealed that importer is not registered with the agency and that no pre-shipment importation clearance was issued for the shipment,” sigun sa maong post.

Ubos sa DENR-EMB DAO No. 2013-22, matud sa BOC Port of Cebu, kinahanglan nga nakarehistro sa DENR ang importers aa maong ginamit na nga printing machinery ug kinahanglan nga aduna kini pre-shipment importation clearance nga makuha 30 ka adlaw sa di pa ipahigayon ang aktuwal nga importation.
