Christmas starts in Galleria

Nothing signals the start of Christmas season like a beautiful, towering Christmas tree.

Robinsons Galleria Cebu knows this well, and so the mall has set up its gigantic tree with the theme “Starry Christmas” at its atrium. With the Christmas Tree right in the middle of the mall in everyone’s sight, Robinsons Galleria Cebu hopes to inspire shoppers and guests alike that the spirit of Christmas is alive and well in every Cebuano, even in the midst of this pandemic.

The mall’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony was done on Oct. 8, 2021 4:30 p.m. Shoppers were serenaded to favorite Christmas carols while they witnessed the turnover of donations to the mall’s official beneficiary, the residents of Barangay Tejero.

For those who have yet to visit the mall, most especially to buy gifts months in advance to avoid the Christmas rush, they will be delighted to see the Christmas attractions in festive red and gold. The elegant holiday-inspired designs go well with the mall’s signature theme.

Focusing on the mall atrium, it is adorned with mini trees, golden deers and sleigh, bright stars, and a life-size cabana—all making for perfect Instagram-worthy backgrounds for Christmas photos with family and friends.

The past couple of years have been a major challenge for everyone because of the pandemic. The simple act of putting up a Christmas tree however, should inspire everyone to remember the life of love and generosity everyone celebrates every year-end.

Robinsons Galleria Cebu is open daily, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Shoppers and guests are required to wear their masks and face shields.
