Inspired by the timeless elegance and grandeur of Old China, the restaurant champions an elevated a la carte menu and Chinese tea selection.

The restaurant offers a contemporary design featuring spacious interiors, high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows that captivate and inspire with a view of the Montterace lake fronting Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort.
Working the wok and leading the kitchen is Chinese Executive Chef Yong Hon Seng, a 2011 World Chef Taipei Competition Gold Status Awardee with over 30 years in the culinary industry.
A native of Singapore, Chef Yong has spent years in restaurant kitchens across Asia in search of gastronomic perfection and excellence.
His unique approach to cookery seamlessly connects with Xi’s pursuit of delighting guests with authentic Cantonese cuisine revisited in a modern way.
Recognized for his contemporary style and presentation while remaining steadfast to traditional flavors, Chef Yong makes use of sustainably-sourced, fresh ingredients.
Menu highlights include: Peking duck presented two-ways with table-side service, Sautéed grouper fillet, Singaporean chili crab, Wok-fried shrimp in a special scallop XO sauce, among others.
“With Chef Yong at the helm, we are elated to welcome guests specially those who are looking to hold special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and Ting Hun celebrations,” Francis David, the hotel’s commercial director, shared.
Xi is open Fridays to Saturdays for lunch at 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner at 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
