GEMMAR Valencia, 29, of Barangay 35, emerged as the grand champion of the Search for the Best Dancing Traffic Enforcer of the Bacolod Traffic Authority Office on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
Valencia, a traffic enforcer since 2017, also won the SM's Choice award.
Besting nine other finalists, he received P10,000 in cash, certificate, tokens, grocery items and P5,000 worth of gift check. (PR)
