SHIMMERING gold and fire engine-red were the predominant hues at the spectacular display of everything that’s Christmas at the Robinsons Galleria Cebu, as they marked the Yuletide season with the appropriate theme, “Starry Christmas.”
Strategically located at the Mall’s Atrium is a towering, richly decorated Christmas tree, surrounded by a backdrop of green shrubbery and scattered at random were stars of all sizes, and brilliance! Also in focus were sleighs and deer, an array of mini trees and a life-sized cabana as a fitting setup for selfies and groupies!
After the ceremonial tree lighting was the highlight of the season: caring and sharing with the mall’s official beneficiary, the residents of Barangay Tejero. As the gift-giving was going on, shoppers were serenaded with carols from a grand piano! A most unforgettable moment for all!
Witnessing the moving rites were Robinsons VIPs: Richard Sarmiento, Robinsons Land mall operations manager; Floramie Adolfo, Robinsons Land operations director. Also joining the group were lawyer Jocelyn Pesquera, Project Noah general manager; and Barangay Tejero Captain Hermogenes Galang Jr. and Councilor Niño Lao.
