TRIGGER WARNING: Irresistible desserts ahead.

A smooth, rich, creamy layer of pudding, followed by your choice of fruits or chocolates, a generous serving of syrup, and a good amount of crushed Grahams meticulously put together in a cup to form a work of art.

You get these and more from every cup of pudding hand-crafted by The Art of Pudding. Couple TJ and Roxette Angelica Adarve from Angeles City are the brains and hands behind the pudding creations. It all started when TJ craved pudding last year during the height of the pandemic. However, the couple failed to find a good one in the area.

“We figured that there’s not one store that offers authentic pudding,” Roxette shared.

After a series of trial and error, the couple was able to develop their recipe close to the pudding that TJ loved when he traveled to New York, USA. “Our friends became our first critics until word of mouth got out and people started ordering our creations," Roxette narrated.

The Art of Pudding has three signature flavors: Crazy Rich Bananas, Milky Chocolate, and Milky Choco Swirl. They later added Tasty Berry, Blue My Mind, Dunkin Cookies and Toasted Almond Fudge.

TJ and Roxette take pride in the quality of their pudding as it is made from the finest and freshest ingredients. TJ even made their syrup for their classic banana pudding.

Fast forward to one year later, the couple has partnered with various food delivery services allowing them to reach more customers. Moreover, the couple has opened a franchise for The Art of Pudding inside Premium Dele in Barangay Cabalantian in Bacolor town.

"We're looking forward to opening our own physical store, and at the same time opening more franchise stores in the coming years," Roxette shared.
