STEEPLE Real Estate Brokerage recently opened its second office on the sixth floor of the Meridian by Avenir on Pope John Paul Ave., Mabolo, Cebu City.

Founded in 2019, Steeple Real Estate Brokerage aims to lead Filipinos to their dream homes. It currently has 50 affiliated agents who are always ready to help and assist Filipinos who are looking for homes—from looking for the right place to sealing the deal.

Steeple Real Estate Brokerage founder and president Andrea Tan, who has been in the industry as a real estate agent since 2014, shared that the newly opened office will help them accommodate more clients and agents amid the pandemic.

“The demand for house and lot and rent-to-own condominium units especially ready-for-occupancy units, and office spaces is actually increasing a little amid the pandemic. People value the importance of having their own space,” she said.

Aside from Steeple Real Estate Brokerage’s goal of leading Filipinos to their dream homes, Andrea also shared that she aspires to offer more and better employment opportunities to real estate agents. “My experiences in the last seven years led me here. As an agent, there were policies I wanted to improve and for me to improve and decide on my own, I need to make my own company and I don’t want the new batches of agents to experience what I had experienced as a newbie in the industry,” she added.

The female chief executive officer promises to deliver quality and professional service to their clientele, and timely releasing of commission and competitive rates to their agents.

Steeple Real Estate Brokerage is open from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. One may also visit its first branch at Vibo Place, Escario St., Cebu City. SPONSORED CONTENT
