Following the success of its flagship clinic, La Hermoza Royal Wellness, Salon, and Spa opened its first branch at Kandi Towers 3 on Monday, November 8.
La Hermoza Royal Chief Executive Officer Hannah Gasperson led the opening ceremonies to the new branch along with guests Clark International Airport Corp. Vice President for Operations IC Calaguas, Porac Mayor Jaime Capil, Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, and Angeles City Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel.
Also present during the opening ceremonies were Kandi Tower Chief Executive Officer Mark Savino, L’Oreal Philippines Michael Indon, and La Hermoza Royal Ambassadress Jordana Osorio.
Located at the second floor of Kandi Towers 3, the new branch of La Hermoza Royal offers the same excellent services as its flagship clinic including body massage, hair and nail services, facial services, waxing, aesthetic services, and glutathione injections.
The new La Hermoza Royal branch also practices the same safety protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases and the Angeles City Government as its flagship clinic. Thus, spa staff is wearing personal protective equipment including isolation gowns, and face masks.
Clients are also required to wear masks and face shields before entering the wellness center. They are also required to take temperature checks, sanitize hands, and fill out contact-tracing forms.
Meanwhile, used towels and beddings of one client go directly to the laundry, while used beds and tools are sanitized with disinfectants and ultraviolet (UV) light.
“We offer the same excellent services here at Kandi Tower 3 branch, while at the same time, we want to keep our commitment to being the safest and cleanest spa in Pampanga so we strictly follow safety protocols,” Hannah, the brains and hands behind La Hermoza Royal, shared.
“The best thing about the Kandi Tower 3 branch,” according to Ms. Hannah, “is the Kandi Tower Bistro and Bar where clients can order food or drinks while relaxing at La Hermoza Royal.”
Moreover, the new branch exclusively uses L’Oreal products for its hair services.
La Hermoza Royal was born out of Ms. Hannah’s mission of providing total relaxation to its clients with high-quality services and excellent customer service.
The La Hermoza Royal flagship clinic along Fil-Am Friendship Road, Barangay Cutcut in Angeles City opened in March 2020, a day before the worldwide lockdown due to Covid-19. It reopened in June 2020 with the promise of offering clients a safe spa experience.
Safety protocols at La Hermoza Royal have earned the trust of local government officials and celebrities.
“We treat our clients just like kings and queens, so we want them pampered and safe,” Ms. Hannah shared.
The first branch of La Hermoza Royal Wellness, Salon, and Spa is located at the second floor of Kandi Tower 3 at 323 Savino Drive, Josefa Subdivision, Barangay Malabanias, Angeles City. The spa is open from Mondays to Sundays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
