THE Philippines does not experience a “white Christmas” but it definitely has the best Christmas spirit in the world. Even as early as September, the Christmas season begins in this tropical country.
Something along the lines of, Christmas songs are already played in the malls and radio stations, bright decorations are already adorned in establishments and houses and many look forward to visiting attractions around Cebu to get into the holiday groove like Snow World in Minglanilla, the big Christmas tree in Fuente Osmeña Circle, Pasko sa Sugbo and the Festival of Lights in Ayala Center Cebu.
Another spot Cebuanos can visit to get into the festive spirit is GrabFood’s pop-up store: The Grab-A-Bite Signatures Booth located at The Terraces in Ayala Center Cebu. GrabFood brings local favorite restaurants—and even the popular and well-loved Manila-based cafe famous for its melt-in-your-mouth ensaymadas and cheese rolls, Cafe Mary Grace—all in one place to satisfy every Cebuano’s ultimate holiday cravings and provide an enhanced dining experience.
Available for a limited time, the pop-up booth will give Cebuanos the opportunity to mix and match orders from the different merchants and have them delivered straight to their doorstep all in just one delivery and delivery fee.
Launched on Oct. 29 to 31, 2021, Cebuanos were able to enjoy a sweet treat for the holiday with a hearty meal from Dessert Factory, a slice of cake or two from 10 Dove Street and a bottle of cold brew from homegrown brand Tightrope Coffee to go with the delectable cheese rolls, ensaymadas and more from Cafe Mary Grace.
If one missed it, no worries because the Grab-A-Bite Signature will be back on Nov. 12 to 14, letting Cebuanos enjoy their favorite comfort food from Cebu’s Original Lechon Belly, The Pig and Palm and Don John’s—and of course, Cafe Mary Grace will be back too. SPONSORED CONTENT
