Before the ceremony, Elias walked around the area with Derek. Photos and videos of their bonding moment were uploaded on Instagram Stories by talent manager Van Soyosa and Beauty Gonzalez's daughter Olivia Ines.
Derek also took a photo with Austin and posted it on his Instagram account. For his caption, the actor wrote, "The boys are in the house!! #EDetona #EllentaongnaghintaysiD."
After the ceremony, Elias enjoyed playing with Olivia Ines at the ball pit in the reception venue. Ellen and Derek confirmed their relationship last February 2021. In September, their families flew to Siargao for the traditional "pamamanhikan".

On Sunday, November 7, 2021, Nadine's father Ulysses Lustre took to Facebook to share photos of their trip to Siargao. The photos show Nadine and Christophe having a feast with the actress' father and mom Myraquel Paguia-Lustre.
The Kapamilya actress was in Siargao when she turned 28 on October 31, 2021. She spent her special day with her parents and her rumored boyfriend Christophe Bariou.
The actress and her family stayed at Maison Bukana, a luxury resort in Siargao. Nadine's rumored boyfriend is reportedly the founder and managing director of the said resort.
The photos showed Nadine and Christophe having a feast with the actress' father and her mom Myraquel Paguia-Lustre. "Getting fat 101. [emoji]," Ulysses wrote in the caption of his post. Ulysses also shared a touching birthday message for his eldest daughter.
He wrote, "You're a good daughter, sister and friend. An inspiration, a nature advocate and pride to your fans. I wish for you to continue to grow, inspire and shine. Happy Birthday [heart emoji]"
Nadine is reportedly opening a new business in Siargao, and her father uploaded photos taken during the groundbreaking ceremony. This isn't the first time Christophe has met Nadine's parents. The French businessman visited them sometime in mid-October 2021.
Fans of Nadine were able to save a screen capture of their meet-up and upload it on social media. Rumors about Nadine's relationship with Christophe started circulating on social media around the first week of August 2021.
Since then, Nadine has been going back and forth to Siargao. She was spotted processing the transfer of her COMELEC registration on the island. Currently, Nadine has started filming her new upcoming movie titled Greed, where she is paired with Diego Loyzaga.
