GIAPROBAHAN na sa Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on the Emerging Infectious Disease ang pagpahigayon sa phased in-person classes alang sa tanang mga programa sa college level nga gisugyot sa Commission on Higher Education (Ched) sa mga lugar nga ubos sa Alert level 3 ug ubos , pahibawo ni Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles sa Miyerkules, Nobiyembre 17, 2021.
Ang IATF resolution number 148-G nagkanayon nga ang guidelines nga gihimo sa Ched ug Department of Health (DOH) maoy maggiya sa higher education institutions (HEIs) sa pagsiguro sa kahimsog ug kaluwasan sa mga moapil sa face-to-face nga mga klase.
Kini nag-ingon nga ang padayon nga pagpatuman sa proactive nga mga lakang ug mga pagdili kinahanglan nga ibutang sa lugar aron mapugngan ang dugang pagkuyanap sa coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
“Based under the Guidelines on the Nationwide Implementation of Alert Levels System for Covid-19 Response, limited face to face classes are now allowed under Alert Levels 1, 2 and 3, subject to certain conditions (e.g. fifty percent (50 percent) indoor venue capacity, no opposition from the local government unit concerned, participation of fully vaccinated teaching and non-teaching personnel and students only.),” the resolution stated.
Sa unang hugna sa implementasyon, nga gikan sa Disyembre 2021 pataas, ang HEI sa mga lugar nga ubos sa alert level 2 mahimong mo-apply.
Ang mga lugar nga ubos sa alert level 3 mahimong mag-aplay alang sa ikaduhang hugna sa pagpatuman, nga magsugod sa Enero 22 pataas.
