As per Rosan S. Paquia, head of the City Planning and Development Office and OIC of the City Agriculture department, a sizeable portion of the City's real estate property has been allocated to deserving beneficiaries under the Plan's rules and guidance.
As proof of its efforts, individuals coming from the South Daang Bakal sector of Barangay Dau have been placed at Northville in Barangay Atlu Bola in coordination with the National Housing Authority. There, the transferred residents have found peace, orderliness and security in their present location/
Others in the shortlist of the City's internally-displaced persons, like those along the path of construction of the Clark Railway System, have been validated and indexed for a future permanent place of residence.

This way, says Rosan, all the internally-displaced citizens of the City will have a piece of real estate they could call their own without resorting to the old practice of squatting on someone else's lot.
