In a press conference Monday, Nov. 22, 2021, HTLand project director Gilbert Ang said some of the features of Mandani Bay Suites Towers 1 and 2 and its spacious amenity deck located at the fifth floor of the development are consistent in their commitment to deliver global excellence.

Ang said the whole Mandani Bay development is already 10 percent complete with two buildings done and four more in various stages of construction, out of the planned 20 towers.
“We have already begun building and selling six towers, five residential and one office, which is around 30 percent. There’s still a long way to go,” he said.
Mandani Bay Suites, which started welcoming its new residents in June this year, feature units from studios to three-bedroom configurations. It also offers garden units, lofts and penthouses.
