THE total number of individuals who have received their doses of the Covid-19 vaccine in Cagayan de Oro as of November 22 was already at 699,168, according to the report of the City Health Office.
Of the 699,168 vaccinated Kagay-anons, 407,795 got their first dose of the vaccines, while 291,373 were fully vaccinated.
According to the said report, among the 699,168 vaccinees, 58,074 were frontline healthcare workers, 70,211 were senior citizens, 134,860 were persons with comorbidities, 323,886 were essential frontline workers, 33,705 were from the A5 priority group, 53,749 were from the ROAP group, and 24,683 were from pedia A3 and ROPP groups.
Meanwhile, there were no new mortalities among vaccinated persons in Cagayan de Oro.
The number of deaths involving vaccinated persons in Cagayan de Oro remained at 81.
Of the said figure, 41 were vaccinated with the Sinovac vaccine, 19 with AstraZeneca, 12 with Janssen, six with Sputnik V and three with Pfizer.
Cagayan de Oro now has a total of 848 Covid-19 deaths, in which the majority or 767 (90 percent) were unvaccinated.
