THE total number of people who have recovered from the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in Cagayan de Oro City continued growing, reaching 19,356 after six residents were tagged as recovered.
The City Health Office also recorded only two new Covid-19 cases, bringing the cumulative number of confirmed infections to 20,397.
According to the City Health Office, of the two new local cases, one was a local index case, while the other was a local case with link.
The City Health Office also noted a continuous decline of active cases in the city, logging in a cumulative number of 192 active cases.
Of the figure, 42 were admitted to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center and other hospitals in the city, 149 were outpatients, and one ROF/LSI.
The number of Covid-19 deaths in the city was now at 849.
