Pilates during the pandemic
Some may think that the ongoing pandemic may not be the ideal time to start Pilates, but Pilates Plus has got everyone safe and covered.
“We strictly adhere to the established allowable capacity of the studio. Only two simultaneous sessions are allowed in our 80-square-meter facility at Azuela Cove. This ensures that everyone follows social distancing protocols at all times,” Mackay said.
“All our staff and instructors are fully vaccinated, and we employ Hepa-filtered air purifiers in the exercise area. In addition, we sanitize all equipment and accessories before and after each session, ensuring that all surfaces are disinfected. Lastly, wearing face masks are mandatory as well as face shields for the instructors,” he added.
“Clients will be able to experience a change in their physique as early as three or four sessions into Pilates. Most clients will have better posture and feel less pain and improved overall well-being,” according to the Pilates Plus team.
