788 children 12-17 years old fully vaccinated in Oro

A TOTAL of 32,779 children aged 12 to 17 years old with comorbidities in Cagayan de Oro have already received their doses of the Covid-19 vaccines, the City Health Office reported Friday, November 26, 2021.

According to City Health Office medical officer Dr. Ted Yu, of the 32,779 vaccinated minors in Cagayan de Oro, 788 are fully vaccinated and 31,987 have already received their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Yu said the number of children in the city who have already pre-registered in the vaccination rollout is 37,103. Of the figure, 1,738 are children with comorbidities.

As of November 25, 732,472 individuals in Cagayan de Oro have already received their doses of Covid-19 vaccines. Of the figure, 432,835 got their first dose of the vaccines, while 299,388 were fully vaccinated.

Among the 732,472 vaccinees, 58,942 were frontline healthcare workers, 71,711 were senior citizens, 135,845 were persons with comorbidities, 330,854 were essential frontline workers, 35,553 were from the A5 priority group, 66,792 were from the ROAP priority group, and 32,775 were from pedia A3 and ROPP priority groups.
