12 fully-vaxxed workers get bikes, livelihood

SOME 12 fully-vaccinated workers in Bataan province have received brand new bicycles and livelihood from the government.

The program is in line with the BikeCination, a special project of the Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) and National Employment Recovery Strategy.

Bataan Governor Albert Garcia said the beneficiaries, who are from the informal sector, came from the capital city of Balanga and other 11 towns in the province.

Meanwhile, some 168 beneficiaries had completed their six-month internship under the Government Internship Program, according to the governor.

The official assured his constituents that his office is continously coordinating with DOLE at National Government to help Bataan workers.
