THE cumulative number of individuals who have received their doses of the Covid-19 vaccine in Cagayan de Oro as of November 26, 2021 was 742,972, according to the report of the City Health Office.
Of the 742,972 vaccinated Kagay-anons, 440,352 got their first dose of the vaccines, while 301,997 were fully vaccinated.
According to the said report, among the 742,972 vaccinees, 59,407 were frontline healthcare workers; 72,106 were senior citizens; 136,289 were persons with comorbidities; 334,914 were essential frontline workers; 36,015 were from the A5 priority group; 70,632 were from the ROAP group; and 33,609 were from pedia A3 and ROPP groups.
Meanwhile, there were no new mortalities of vaccinated persons in Cagayan de Oro.
The number of deaths involving vaccinated persons in Cagayan de Oro remained at 81.
Of the said figure, 41 were vaccinated with the Sinovac vaccine, 19 with AstraZeneca, 12 with Janssen, six with Sputnik V and three with Pfizer.
Cagayan de Oro now hax a total of 850 Covid-19 deaths, in which the majority or 769 (90 percent) were unvaccinated.
