When it comes to shopping and dining, some people prefer malls where their go-to stores and restaurants are, while others would rather do these activities in an outdoor and even more laidback setting.

If you’re one of the latter, here’s a list of weekend markets in the city where you can explore both new and familiar food and lifestyle finds.

Aduna Lifestyle Fair at 32 Sanson by Rockwell

32 Sanson is making weekends more festive with its curated offerings, from delectable dishes to handcrafted lifestyle pieces from homegrown brands. Running every Friday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the fair features more than just food with vendors like Planteria so you can find the perfect plant for your living space; Curio with its natural materials and native fabrics; Clean Paws Co. for pet grooming; and Binibini by Ma. Karla where you can find unique products you can gift loved ones with this Christmas.

Indulge in steaks from Steakation or opt for healthy bowls of Say Smoothie or from Gorilla Bowlz. Have a slice of Mamita’s Pizza, grab a tart or two from Pukot Kitchen or stock up on organic produce from La Estancia.

Saturday Farmer’s Market at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu

Buy fresh and support local every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Marco Polo Plaza parking lot. Not your typical market setup, this Farmer’s Market has fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, microgreens and favorite comfort food like pizza and barbecue. Biosecurity protocols are in place and visitors are encouraged to bring their own eco bags

Holidaze Pop-Up Weekend Market at IL Corso

From accessories and locally made shoes and apparel to skin care and health products, artisanal coffee and quick bites, this weekend market in IL Corso puts the spotlight on small, local manufacturers every Friday to Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. There are also items great for gifting this holiday season.

Sugbo Mercado’s Christmas Bazaar at Cebu Business Park

Sugbo Mercado’s BPP Christmas Bazaar has a selection ranging from trinkets and clothing to homeware and garden products and even artwork and crafts. These are on top of food choices from its pioneering vendors and entirely new ones.

The wide grassy space will also play host to a variety of activities including yoga and fitness sessions, movie nights, live performances, dog shows, art exhibits and more. This Christmas Bazaar operates Thursday to Sunday from 4 to 10:30 p.m.
