DRUG enforcement agents seized two kilos of shabu worth P13.7 million from two high-value targets in a buy bust in Barangay Duljo, Cebu City Sunday night, November 28, 2021.
The team headed by Cebu City Police Director Josefino Ligan identified the suspects as Vinch Neil Arnaiz, 27, of Duljo-Fatima, and Jessie Caballero, 27, of Quiot Pardo, all of Cebu City.
Charges in violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against the suspects. (AYB/Alan Tangcawan)
