CURFEW hours and liquor ban will still be in effect in Bacolod as the city is still placed under Alert Level 2 in terms of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) transmission until December 15, 2021.

On November 30, Mayor Evelio Leonardia issued Executive Order (EO) No. 59 extending the period of Alert Level 2 in Bacolod City from December 1 to 15 with the continuing application of EO No. 53, Series of 2021, all pursuant to the guidelines of the National Inter-Agency Task Force (NIATF) on the nationwide implementation of Alert Level System for Covid-19 response.

The current curfew hours in Bacolod City is from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. while the selling of liquor, wine, beer, or any alcoholic or intoxicating beverage in public places and the selling and/or consumption of such in authorized public places shall be allowed from 12 noon to 10 p.m. only.

Leonardia said the Bacolod City Government always cooperates with the quarantine status/alert level prescribed for it from time to time by the NIATF.

He said all the provisions of EO 53 shall continue to be in full force and effect for the duration of Alert Level 2.
