3 new Covid-19 cases in Pampanga on December 6

CORONAVIRUS disease (Covid-19) cases in Pampanga continued to show a downward trend, as only three new cases were recorded on Monday, December 6, said the Department of Health (DOH).

Active cases in the whole province are also down to 201 cases.

The new infections brought the total number of confirmed cases since the start of the pandemic to 69,101 with a total recovery of 67,167 as of Tuesday, December 7.

Total deaths from the pandemic is currently at 1,733.

Pampanga recorded 71 cases in the last 14 days, while Angeles City recorded 21 cases.

Bed occupancy rate among health facility is also in an all-time low of 7.9 percent. This means that 933 of the 1,013 hospital beds in Pampanga’s 47 health facilities remained vacant.

Majority of the health facilities are now in a safe occupancy rate while only one facility is in critical status.
