PREMIER developer Primary Homes Inc. (PHI) gathered its sales brokers and agents in a fun-filled afternoon on Dec. 9, 2021 to rejoice over the company’s milestones for the year.
The PHI Grand Partners Appreciation Night is the grandest and biggest gathering of brokers and real estate agents in Central Visayas. For the second time around, the company had to hold this event online to ensure the safety of all participants.
With the theme “We are all Heroes,” this year’s edition of the Grand Partners Appreciation Night (GPAN) was held via Zoom with over 1,000 participants.
With the event, PrimaryHomes honored the brokers and agents as modern-day heroes who face daunting tasks every day as they go about their work, effortlessly guiding their clients through the process of buying a home.
On top of these, they also battle against industry disruptions, changing technology, client expectations accelerating by the day and the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
“Despite all these challenges our brokers and agents remained the champions of their clients giving them the kind of real estate service that they expect, demand and deserve. We are proud and grateful to all of them for their remarkable contribution to our outstanding sales performance and for forging valuable relationships between PHI and the clients,” said Ramero Espina, VP for sales and marketing.
During the virtual program, PHI handed the PrimaryHomes Awards for Excellence, Individual and Realty categories, in recognition of exemplary and unparalleled performance that contributed to the company’s sales results and commitment to the customer and the organization.
Millions worth of raffle prizes and cash giveaways were given to lucky winners while a brilliant roster of performers led by comedienne Ethel Booba, Cebuano singer-songwriter Jem Cubil, internet sensation DanVibes and singer Chriss Ross, and the Pasarela Challenge and other games provided loads of fun and entertainment during the event.
PHI is being uber generous this year as it gave away four La Prima Homes house and lot packages as grand prize for the raffle to two winners from Cebu and one each from Bohol and Negros.
Meals gift certificate were also distributed through P-Plus for the sellers to be able to celebrate with their families during the program.
P-Plus, a lifestyle membership app, launched its Bayanihan referral functionality during the GPAN 2021.
Since the inception of the PrimaryHomes Sales Incentive Program in 2008, the company has released mult-million worth of incentives including 45 house and lot units. Around half of these housing units were raffled off during the annual Grand Partners’ Night events and the other half were Pabahay Program availment.
