SPECIALTY premium housing builder Filipino Homes Plus will be expanding its services to General Santos, Davao and Bohol to fulfill the demands of its growing clientele who want custom-made, personalized houses.

This year alone, the company, which is a subsidiary of Filipino Homes, has built 23 house and lot projects all over Cagayan de Oro, Butuan and Cebu valued at P14 million to P18 million each.

In an interview Monday, December 13, 2021, Filipino Homes founder Anthony Gerard Leuterio said this growing niche market comprises clients who want to have their homes personalized according to their preferences.

He clarified that this venture, established in 2019, is in no way in competition with the developers since it is serving clients not served by them.

“We don’t build houses less than P10 million,” said Leuterio, adding that they deliver fully furnished and smart homes to clients like business owners, expats and medical professionals, among others.

“All they have to do is move in because everything’s complete,” he added.

Projects built by Filipino Homes Plus are usually three-story smart houses 250 to 300 square meters in size with completion timeline of three to fourth months.

In 2019, Filipino Homes Plus showcased its model houses located inside the gated subdivision of Midori Plains, a horizontal project of Cebu Landmasters Inc. in Barangay Tungkop, Minglanilla.

“We are not supposed to be doing this, but nobody is doing this,” said Leuterio in a past interview.

He said his office has been receiving inquiries from lot-only buyers asking if the company could handle the specific details of their dream houses.

“There are specific requests like building a bigger room at the ground floor for the elders which cannot be served by existing developers,” said Azela Honor, head of Filipino Homes Plus. “Some clients can’t see their dream houses in the current projects offered by developers. They have specific needs and we want to address them.”

“This is actually a value-added service to our clients, an answer to their needs,” said Leuterio.

Its mother company Filipino Homes is a comprehensive real estate solutions platform that provides one-stop-shop services for real estate buyers and sellers.

“When we started Filipino Homes, we saw value-added services to support our buyers,” said Leuterio.
